Registration procedure

Abstract submission and registration for the conference are two different steps. Abstract submission may be done after registering for the conference.

For registering to the conference ICORS 2016, please read first the instructions below and then go to the registration link.

Only credit card payments VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTFINANCE, PAYPAL, PAYSAFECARD are accepted.

Types of registrations

CHF 100.- as a student - you will need to upload a scanned letter in pdf signed by your supervisor attesting your student status.

CHF 250.- as an academic - belonging to a University or a Research Institution.

CHF 500.- as a private attendee - none of the above applies.

CHF 50.- as an accompanying person - allows you to benefit from the special rates for the social activities and free for children under 16 years old, except for meals.

Invited speaker - follow the instructions that you have received by email.

There is no obligation to submit an abstract for your registration to be effective.
Registrations are open until the 20^th of May, then until the 20^th of June.
